Ascender for the foot, when used in conjunction with an ascender handle (e.g. QUICK’UP) or a chest ascender (e.g. CHEST ASCENDER EVO), makes it easier and speeds up the ascent of a rope.
Main characteristics:
- Specific speleological use, allows for rope hooking with only one hand and unhooking with a backward movement of the leg – requires ‘no catch’ version (left or right foot).
- Cam / lever mechanism fully integrated into the body.
- Self-cleaning cam works great, even on dirty or icy ropes.
- Fully adjustable webbing for the correct positioning on the boot.
- Reinforced lower strap to increase lifespan and protect against damage.
